Short version: this site doesn't track you. If you send me a message or book a call, I use what you tell me to reply to you and nothing else. I don't sell it, and I don't add you to a mailing list.

Just browsing
There are no cookies on this site, no ad trackers and no third-party analytics scripts. I don't know who you are unless you tell me. Like every website, the server that hosts the site keeps basic technical logs (your IP address, the page you asked for, the time). Those are used only to keep the site running and fix problems, and the host deletes them on its own schedule.
When you send a message
The contact form asks for your name, your email, what you need, a rough budget, your timeline and a few lines about your project. I use that to understand what you're after and write back to you. The form is handled by Resend, an email delivery service, which passes the message to my inbox.
The form has a hidden field that catches spam bots. There's no captcha and nothing that watches how you type.
When you book a call
The booking page asks for your name, your email, your phone number, your business name if you want to give it, and what you'd like to talk about. That goes into my calendar so I can send you an invite with the video link and come prepared. Bookings are handled by my own booking page on this site.
When you email me
Emails to abdirizak@nacrelis.com sit in my mailbox like any other email. I read them myself. Nobody else has access.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the form, the booking page and email work. They store your details on my behalf and aren't allowed to use them for anything else. I never sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone for marketing.
If we end up working together, the project itself comes with a written agreement. That agreement covers anything you share with me during the work, including any data in your systems.
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete your messages and booking details within 12 months. If we do, I keep our correspondence for as long as the project and the usual business records require.
What you can ask for
You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email abdirizak@nacrelis.com. I'll reply within a few business days, and I won't ask why.
